on club penguin I am playingthe mission case of the missing coins and I get to the stuck door but dont no how to fix it and get in please help

- go upstairs and look under the couch and pick up the floppy disc and paper clip and put them in your inventory. Then go turn the computer on and put in the floppy disc.
